The practice of hunting, preparing, and roasting a pig for feasting is a major part of Chamorro culture. Having a whole roasted pig is a very common item on a buffet line. Here at Prubechu, we aim to share that tradition with San Francisco by hosting Whole Roast Pig events here on our patio.

For the Westpac: All-Island Tour, we hosted a mini concert here on our outdoor patio. We were able to transform our outdoor patio to host 110+ guests with a mixed arrangement of seating, standing room, and cocktail tables. Give your guests a one-of-a-kind experience on our all-outdoor patio!
